The committee is currently finalising the event schedule, which will be released with the rider information pack and entry forms. Prior to this there have been several question that riders have asked to enable them to plan for the event. To enable all riders, support crew, family and spectators to plan, please note the following:

- set up race site
Friday 8 June
- set up on water infastructure
- race ski scrutineering from mid morning until early afternoon
- safety briefing and track practice in the afternoon.
