There will be a Special General Meeting held at the Seaford hotel South Australia at 7.30pm on the 19th october to elect the new auditor and release the previous auditor of the AJSBA . All paid up members are invited to attend or submit a proxy vote in their absence .

This is an item specific meeting and issues not on the agenda will not be discussed .
