From time to time the AJSBA will identify technical issues with certain brands that, while specifically may not be in the rules, make PWC racing in Australia safer and more affordable. No decisions made are transferable outside Australia and are for the local market only. A lot of thought and consultation goes into these decisions and they are not taken lightly and are a considered response to identified situations.
The AJSBA has decided that the two piece supercharger shaft on 2015+ Yamaha engines can be replaced with a one piece shaft. This shaft must be of the same material and the exact same dimensions as the standard shaft.
Stock Class – The AJSBA has decided to allow the use of an Inlet Manifold Girdle on the Seadoo RXPX 300 in stock class. In our opinion it does not enhance performance and is a common sense modification that improves rider safety.
